Technical Details:
The development and evaluation of a cost effective fiber optic technology capable of detecting excavating events and system leaks for short-length pipelines. Fiber SenSys Inc. (FSI) will commission a fiber optic cable system and evaluate it for short run pipeline damage prevention and leak detection performance. If preliminary results indicate good performance, FSI will develop Short Ranger after a mid-phase go/no-go review.
